Statement of Policy
It is the policy of Regis to cooperate with all automotive wholesalers, jobbers and engine builders as closely as possible. All pricing subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms
1% 10 days — 30 days NET (no discount on freight or handling charges). Interest at maximum rate permitted by law will be charged on all delinquent accounts.

Freight Terms
All shipments F.O.B. Dallas, Texas, except shipment in which the invoice totals $1,000.00 or more net, we will allow full freight, if paid within terms. Air freight, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. NOTE: Tumbling media, glass bead and steel shot do not qualify for freight allowance.

Quantity Discounts
Additional 10% discount from jobber net price on:
-Surface grinder wheels in quantity of 2 or more wheels
-Valve seat wheels in quantity of 50 or more wheels (may be assorted)
-All other grinding wheels in quantity of 10 or more identical wheels (except crankshaft or camshaft grinding wheels)
-Crankshaft finishing/polishing belts in quantity of 100 or more (may be assorted)
-Abrasive belts for belt surfacers/ platen grinders in quantity of 5 or more belts
-Flywheel grinding wheels in quantity of 10 or more (may be assorted)

Additional 15% discount from jobber net price on:
Bronze guide sleeves in quantity of 5 or more 100 count packs
(may be assorted)
